Am I the only one a bit surprised to see Jimmy in goal? I would like to have seen Ozzie get this one. But, oh, well... GO WINGS!!!

Can't wait to see what Tatar has in store for us. He's really exciting to watch. :)

Draper-Helm-Tatar: hockey smarts, speed, and fire power... I like this line!

LOL, I did a fantasy draft and I swear it's pure coincidence that the team I'm playing is the Flyers, but Tatar got six goals in that SIMULATED game lol.

pv7rq.jpg

haha Tyler Seguin?

no wonder your team is dominant! :D

my dad is a flyers fan so it should be interesting ;)

I have a feeling Lidstrom, Hudler and Zetterberg all have great games

5-2

Z with 2, Hudler with 1+1, and Lids with 3 assists, Tatar with a point (won't call it goal or assist), Bert with a strong night.

I hope my new crystal ball works.

Honestly I wasn't all that impressed with Tatar's first go with the Wings. He had the game-tying goal, yes, but other than that you could tell it was his first NHL game. Mursak has been the more impressive of the two IMO, despite presently being outscored.

Here's to hoping he keeps the streak alive though, and the Wings get a W to start off the new year.

I don't understand why Osgood isn't getting more starts. Right now there is little difference between Howard and Ozzie, except maybe Ozzie is playing a little better. Everyone, including Babcock has wanted to get him going for two years now, and here's the best chance the team will get. Ozzie needs to play more consistently to be of any value down the road.
