Go wings. Avs have a high power offense. Jimmy must be on his game along with our "defense"

Will be a tough game. Go wings

Very excited for the game tonight. 3rd row from the glass in the Wings Attack Zone. Should be awesome!! This will be the closest that I have ever sat for a pro game. Go Wings!!

I'm feeling good about this, despite the injuries the Wings have proven they can beat the tough teams when it matters. Hopefully the Wings realize this game matters, we can slip into 1st place with a win.

they better leave it all on the ice tonight. 3 day break coming up, Howard is gonna need some help for sure considering the wings depleted offense.

2-1 good guys

Don't get me wrong, Im thrilled with the way things are going through all the injuries we have but is it just me or does anyone else feel like they'd rather see the top 6 look like:

Holmstrom - Zetterberg - Eaves

Hudler - Franzen - Bertuzzi

I think that would balance out the lines so much more. Plus we know the chemistry Bertuzzi and Franzen have. Eaves speed helps Holsmtrom out. I don't know. It's been working fine the way it is - just a thought

I feel really bad for Mueller, anybody know if he even has a timetable for return from his concussion?

Boil em', mash em', stick em' in the stew!!!

Turnip hash, I like it.

Our injury list makes me want to weep. But I am so impressed with our youngster, this will be a good game. Jimmy will need to be extra sharp again, but I think the Wings had a good rhythm going with him vs. Vancouver.

Let's go, Red Wings!!!

Score more than the Avalanche. Got a good feeling, just sayin. Injuries, although a kick to the dick, somehow seem to just motivate this squad more.

Anyone know the timetable of Filppula's injury?

I thought I heard it would be at least another week. It is all hear say at this point but hopefully that is all that it is and the rest brings him back on the same type of hot streak he was on.

Stop the presses but.... I was accepted into the streams!!!!! Thanks drum you are the man!!! thumbup.gif

:lol::cool:

Ah if only the rivalry was still going on. Games against the Avs back then were very highly anticipated, the excitement was like that of the playoffs. These days they seems a little more ho-hum
