He got robbed of the game winner. While his play has suffered he certainly is not the weak link in the team. Would you play Miller above Abby?

Fighting would have been pointless. He was tired and likely would have lost. I'm one of the more pro-enforcer posters here but fighting in the last minute of a game when nobody has wronged your team is pointless.

I never said he was the weak link on the team but he needs to get his ass moving. I would play Miller over Abby right now because Miller is generating a hell of a lot more than Abby is right now.

I agree, fighting would have been pointless, I never advocated it in a serious way, but he shouldn't have been standing in the zone jawing at Jackman when the Wings had the puck and were waiting to re-enter the zone.

Glad to see you are Ken Holland and know what he is thinking. If you knew at all what you were talking about you would know that I have called Howard out many times. Ignore that fact though.

As far as Hudler goes, so far, it looks like he needed half the season to get the KHL s*** out of him (again, so far). He's been producing lately, so that's always good. I hope Babcock convinces Hudler to workout with Pasha over the off-season (look at what happened to Datsyuk over the past few seasons!).

We all know Hudler has the skill, it just needed time to readjust to the NHL.

Miller has been damn amazing lately. Maybe a different player to compare to?

IMO Miller has improved but I wouldn't say he has been the catalyst of that lines success recently. Unless Abby were making bad plays defensively, it would take a lot for me to want him out for Miller. Like Eaves, I'd like to see Abby play with better talent. Tatar and Mursak will be good NHLers but they are both rookies. Abby seems to thrive when he isn't the best puck-handeler (I mean for setting up- not moves) on the line.

Hudler still gets pushed around a little bit but not nearly as bad as at the beginning of the season. The hesitation has started to wear off and he is coming around.
