The Canadiens jerseys really haven't changed much, haven't they always had the C-H logo? If it wasn't for the Detroit Cougars the Wings wouldn't have much to go on for a throwback jersey either.

I get that they haven't changed much, but couldn't they have maybe gone with something a bit more fitting than just the ones they wear for a regular away game

That was a neat Babcock commercial.

Could the NHL have done a worse job hyping this game?

No one who follows American sports (including some hockey fans probably), even knows about this game.

And yes I realize it's two Canadian teams, but still.

Funnily, I was just thinking to myself "Heritage Classic? WTF is that?"

Did Don Cherry say Atlanta is going to Winnipeg?

There's a rumor going around that it's going to happen but the Thrashers have been denying it on the news here.

LOL

Thank goodness Mike Commodore doesn't still play for Calgary, or I would SWEAR Ronald McDonald was on the ice!
The only thing better than a cold glass of beer is tea with Miss McGill.

Completely one sided. Not the kind of game you want for an event like this, that is if you're not a Flames fan.

I went to this and I had fun but McMahon was not equipped to host it. Terrible concession and bathroom lines. They also use bleachers for the crappy seats so body heat was the only positive to being scrunched in with guys tipping 250. First two periods were tolerable weather wise but the third was bloody cold.
