Good to see that the refs kept the memo from last year's playoffs archived for easy reference...

are you suggesting the sharks didn't deserve the PPs they got in that period?

I didn't see the holding call...but the two high stick penalties were good calls.

We need to keep the stick down.

The weak PP we had came back to bite us. The Wings convert it after the huge kill I think SJ wilts. They don't and the good effort of the first 19:30 gets flushed.

The boys can't keep giving up PP chances in mass quantities. Hopefully they come out for the second with a mad on and get it back early then blow it open.

Well it seems just like last year;s playoffs, only the first 2 penalties the Wings took were completely legit calls... you cannot high stick like that, but it happens to the best. Overall it has been a solid effort by the Wings, but they lost their momemtum after those PKs. Also, that holding call on Hudler was pathetic, especially considering 2 minutes prior homer was decked near center ice with no puck near him. Anyways, I would like to see Pavs line more in the 2nd because they seem to be the most consistent

Where was the holding call?

hudler grabbed the guy's jersey with his free hand. it's a somewhat weak call, but it's still technically the right one, and a dumb and lazy play by hudler.
