HankthaTank 1,100 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Thanks HT! Was getting worried there for a second. Let's rebound from the last game. Wins are more fun I have found so lets go ahead and start a new streak. No predictions as I will be there but a solid 60 minutes and maybe a hatty. Just win! 2 hooon and Hockeytown0001 reacted to this
DRW Dominance 255 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 I believe this is a must win game. Only reason is that our home record is not nearly good enough and we need our opponents to have the fear they used to have going into the JLA. 4 HankthaTank, Hockeymom1960, hooon and 1 other reacted to this
Motown4013 350 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Agreed that Detroit needs to dominate. The stars are doing a nose drive and they just lost a huge future star in Neal. I want this baby to be an offensive FRENZY!!!! Wings 5-1 2 hooon and Hockeytown0001 reacted to this

Hockeytown0001 7,652 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Big win for the Wings. Hopefully just Datsyuk and Cleary don't show up. This. Howard also played well the last game if you don't look at the 3rd and 4th goals. I was very pleased with his 1st period.

GSBrooks13 204 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 (edited) For some ungodly reason my Brother is a Stars fan.. So this is a must win game in my books. Give 'em hell Wings! Edited February 24, 2011 by GSBrooks13
HankthaTank 1,100 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Richards is being tossed around in trade rumors like crazy. He isn't playing either so we should be able to get this one. No guarantees though so just get it done.
HankthaTank 1,100 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Not to nitpick HT but no Eaves tonight. You have him in the projected lines.

mjlegend 155 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 4-1 Wings. Wings go 2-for-6 on the power play and pop a couple early to establish a good lead. I look for two goals from Zetterberg and a good pk game from Draper and Helm.

WingZNut13 99 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Thanks HT! This is a huge game for us! I think the Wings will show up! I think Uncle Mike needs to stress that periods are 20:00 minutes and not 19:30ish! If we give up a single late period goal, we lose tonight! I'd like to see Amazon and Gator get some goals tonight! LGW!!!!!
FinRedWing 172 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Hoping for a good game tonight to make up for the loss Tuesday. My thoughts exactly. Play full 60 wanting it way more than the Stars.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Go Wings. Babcock tells them that the clock is wrong and that there is always one more minute than they think there is. No last-minute goals=win. 2 matt198913 and Hockeymom1960 reacted to this
dirtydangles 1,328 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 need to win this one, the canucks did us a favor and lost tuesday. i also feel like we need to play better at home. lately it seems like we've been lazy at home.
8 Legged RedWing 367 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 Looking for a full 60 minute effort is all... We should be able to win both of these next two games fairly easy but nothing ever goes as planned. I say this game will be 3-1 Wings.
hooon 1,089 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 I kind of wish Mursak would be on the third line in place of Eaves and keep Miller on the 4th. Draper-Helm-Mursak = speed. 2 Vladifan and dirtydangles reacted to this
dirtydangles 1,328 Report post Posted February 24, 2011 I kind of wish Mursak would be on the third line in place of Eaves and keep Miller on the 4th. Draper-Helm-Mursak = speed. I totally agree. That would be sick. I don't see much of an upside to putting miller up on the 3rd. Although if I remember correctly, he did win us a couple games by scoring a few a while back when we were pretty banged up.
