Thought we played a pretty good road game...drew lots of penalties..which doesn't mean s*** if the PP is balls !

"Hard Work Beats Talent When Talent Refuses to Work Hard"

LGW after 1 loss is irrational, after a few in a row it becomes quite comical, 22 playoff appearances in a row and 4 cups in that time and still going strong. Relaxxxxx !!

The Wings should have had it. Wasted so many power plays.

They don't deserve this game at all.. refs are missing blatant calls against us all night, too.

We didn't deserve any additional calls. The PP was absolutely abysmal tonight, so all the "missed" calls probably wouldn't have saved us.

Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe the PP tonight and to top it off, dagger to the heart FTW. Sigh.

PP setups are tough with bad ice.

Howard was a left-handed glover facing a right-handed shooter. That's rough.

I hope nobody makes any comments about the penalty shot. Bad call or not, the Wings were given the game and they refused to accept the two points.

PP failed Detroit. Way too many chances to win and didn't do it.

Horrible powerplay, all night. But really, that was as blatant and obvious of a dive I've ever seen a zebra bite on, and I've see Crosby play.

I thought we played pretty well to be honest... ASIDE FROM THE HORRIBLE PP! ...which ended up being about half the game. <_<

Anyway, that really sucked. See you guys tomorrow. Going to be a tough one.

I disagree, it was a dive, but Salei still hooked a guy who was in the clear. Dive or not, it's the right call.

Wings deserve that loss - too bad for Howard who was the only one to show up tonight.
