Wingzman91 134 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 Glad to see the Mursak get in for a while, i'm thinking Hudler gets off the Doritos and on the ice tonight. I hope Modano gets another goal, I have a feeling we will need some. 5-4 ftw.
matt198913 932 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 I see Jimmy bouncing back quite nicely tonight. A personality on 97.1 the ticket had some harsh words saying Howard hasn't won Detroit a game this year. All he needs to do is watch the last meeting between Detroit and Vancouver. Zion 93 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 At least there is no Jason Williams in the lineup to get headshotted by Raffi Torres. 1 kylee reacted to this
aMonster 96 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 Canucks haven't played in almost a week, they recently lost the #2 faceoff man in the league for the rest of the regular season and playoffs, they haven't played well against Detroit all year AND, Wings are looking to benchmark their playoff readiness in tonight's game... Canucks should win handily
Hamhuis 1 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 Should be an alright game a lot of players out, meh I'll still watch
Hockeymom1960 5,107 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 Here's hoping for a win tonight by the Wings. However, Kesler is one of my fav non-Wings
ricky0034 89 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 (edited) With those 4 out... a Victory would be the biggest one of the season! Go Wings! the last time the Wings faced the Canucks was worse imo Wings were missing Datsyuk,Cleary,Filppula,Modano,Stuart instead of Datsyuk,Franzen,Hudler,Bertuzzi and Canucks were missing Salo as far as significant players go instead of Edler,Malhotra,Samuelsson Edited March 23, 2011 by ricky0034
Guest L3T5G0W1NG5 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 (edited) DANIEL SEDIN IS NOT PLAYING - his wife is expecting their third child. Edited March 23, 2011 by L3T5G0W1NG5
aMonster 96 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 DANIEL SEDIN IS NOT PLAYING - his wife is expecting their third child. This... is not good for either team benchmarking their playoff readiness, too many bodies on both sides missing to get an accurate reading. Lets just all agree now to not watch this game and ignore what ever result might come to pass OK?

syntax 359 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 DANIEL SEDIN IS NOT PLAYING - his wife is expecting their third child. Daniel Sedin, the NHL’s leading scorer with 93 points, was scheduled to arrive Tuesday night and will be in the lineup. His wife gave birth Monday. Defenseman Kevin Bieksa said he will return Wednesday. He has missed 15 games with a broken foot. Source: Here Thanks for the GDT, Hockeytown. I, too, think it'd be cool to see BigRig up front. Doubt it will happen though. Let's hope for a W.

HankthaTank 1,100 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 Hoping for an all out effort in this one (obviously). The effort will be there tonight as Vancouver seems to be one of those teams, like the Wings, that all teams just elevate their game against. Hoping for Flipper to continue that chemistry with Modo. Different day, Howie so let's put it all behind us and have a real solid outing. No predictions, play hard, and don't let up on the gas!!! Clichè machine is in gear GO WINGS!!!!
