Mr. Harold Thomas "Tommy" Reed

I know a lot of you were good friends to Kristi in December, 2009, when her spunky mom, Martha, died after a short illness. My gosh, it seems like that was just yesteday. :(

I thought you all might want to leave a word of support for Kristi and her sisters and family again, in the death of her father, Tommy Reed. He passed away peacefully yesterday, March 27, 2011. She wanted you all to know, and to tell you how much she appreciates all the thoughts and prayers for her father and the family.

If you want to leave Kristi a message here, I am sure she would appreciate it.

LGW is the best! :angel: We love you, Kristi!

Kristi, I am so very sorry for your loss. I know there aren't words that can ease your grief but please know that we are praying for you and the pain you're experiencing. And the memories. Ah, the memories. They will never go away. Hang on to them until you can see and feel the sun again. HUGS.

I hope you're doing ok today Kristi. Your dad was a fighter and got through alot. I'm glad you were able to be with him during this time and I will be thinking of you and your family.

I'm very sorry to see that he has passed, but I am confident that he's with your mother again, in a better place far beyond this world.

Thank you all! We're doing fine, just tired. But that's to be expected.

He's a much happier man today, being in Heaven with my mother. Words can't express how peaceful his passing was.

I can't begin to tell you all how much the phone calls, prayers, thoughts, and words of encouragement you have given me over the last few days mean. I am SO proud to count you as my friends. I love each and every one of you!!!

My dear, there is nothing I can say better than what this song says. I sang it a number of years ago at my best friend's funeral, and we sang it at my dad's. I still cry when I sing it, but there is so much peace and comfort in it both for a time of grieving and for whenever life is rough. Hugs to you and your family.

Sorry to be late to the thread, Kristi. I'm terribly sorry for your loss. I've added your Dad's name to the flower memorial I have for my church on Easter, he's listed with my grandparents. You are still in my prayers and on the prayer list at my church.
It's pronounced "Zim" not "Exim". Aw heck with it, just call me Scott.
