Hello,

Been a lurker here for many years and have just now decided to start posting.

This will be my first game in at least 12 years and my first one at the RBC Center.

I was raised in Michigan but was moved to NC in 2001 and I didn't discover streams to watch the games until the 2007-08 season :(

before which I didn't keep up with the wings as much unfortunately because not living in Michigan anymore and not being able

to flip the channel on the tv to the game made it hard being younger and not as computer savvy.

Really excited for this game as it should be pretty intense if the wings are going to fight for the number 2 seed,

as well Carolina coming out firing on all cylinders if they wish to stay in the playoff race.

Anyways sorry for the background :P

Wings win 3-1 :D

LGW

I am so ready for this game!

It will be my first ever Wings game in person!!!!!!

Have a wonderful time! The Wings are so much better in person than, say, in animal or vegetable, although Wings in sweet and sour is mighty tasty.

Wings win 7-3.

Tough game for the Wings. A team they don't normally play non original 6 in the East. Their trying to make the playoffs so they'll be extremely desperate. Maybe Jimmy can hold them in it for a while... Idk I'll go with 3-1 wings.

Datsyuk, Abdelkader, Zetterberg En

Staal for them

This will be one of those games that turn out to be way better than they might appear. Carolina will be treating this like their 1st round matchup as most teams do when they see the winged wheel against them. Bring it boys, act like it's 2002!!! hehe.gif Should be a victory here though, just keep the focus.

Welcome to LGW! Glad to have you, and hope you enjoy the game. Wings will win for you. I suggest that you get a soft pretzel at some point. It's my magic necessity for a win. Don't laugh! I got one Saturday in Nashville when the Wings were down 0-3... and look what happened! :D

Have a blast! Go, Wings!!

Thanks for the GDT, HT! Awesome, as usual.

i dont see that line meshing well......... but we'll see, im not the coach

2 games in and it has been our best line since being together so you are a tad late on the prognosis but it could always go south quick. Hopefully they keep it going.

Hopefully this is on FSD so I can see it in HD. My local cable has it currently listed to be on FSD+ (non-hd in my area), despite the wings site saying its on FSD. Hoping thats just a mix up in the cable listings...

Sorry brother but its on FSN D+, Tigers are taking FSN D actual

Eastern Conference:

1. WSH - 105

2. PHI - 103

3. BOS - 99

4. PIT - 102

5. TBL - 99

6. MTL - 93

7. BUF - 92

8. NYR - 91

--------

9. CAR - 87

Western Conference

1. VAN - 113

2. SJS - 103

3. DET - 102

4. NSH - 97

5. PHX - 96

6. LAK - 96

7. ANA - 93

8. CHI - 93

--------

9. DAL - 91

Tonight's matchups:

NYI-BOS

TOR-NJD

FLA-WSH

DET-CAR

STL-CHI

EDM-CGY

SJS-ANA

PHX-LAK

Notes:

- A win for Detroit in regulation against Carolina will cause Buffalo to clinch a spot in the playoffs. Carolina can still tie New York in points with a regulation loss tonight, but they would have to win their next two games in Regulation or OT, while New York gains no points in their final two games in order for Carolina's ROW to be higher than New York's.

- Calgary must win tonight against Edmonton in order to stay alive. They can finish the season with 95 points, but the only way they can make the playoffs is if one of Dallas or Chicago either loses out or doesn't gain more than one point in OT/SO.

- Phoenix and Los Angeles play each other tonight and whoever wins will clinch a spot in the playoffs with 98 points.

Check this over...I deduced these notes myself. Let me know if I made any mistakes.
