We've looked pretty good today. Guys are winning puck battles, and going to the net, as well as finishing their checks.

According to Edzo Pasha scored because his precious DUNCAN KEITH wasn't on the ice!

Edzo shouldn't be allowed to do any of these games.

Did Edzo say Kronner was out best D-man all year?

How is Kronner "arguably our best defenseman all season long"?

They really are campaigning against lids!

Tootoo does NOT belong on this team. He is classless and I would rather see the Wings be bad than classless. I feel the same way about Bertuzzi as well, but he at least CAN make the team better. With Tootoo the team becomes worse and in danger of being classless. Would you have liked Claude on the team? Or Roy? No. So why would you be okay with that POS.

FTFY.
The Vladinator He earned the NHL Plus/Minus Award in 1995-96, with a plus/minus difference of plus-60. The +60 has been the highest rating a player has finished with in the past 20 seasons, since Wayne Gretzky finished with a +70 in the 1986-87 NHL season

IE. Stats are more important than actual play.

That's some pretty solid evidence. How are you going to measure this "better defensive play"? If you don't think the stats convey an accurate portrait of one's play then invent new ones that show what you're trying to say.

I think Lidstrom is now a +1.

This. The verbal fellatio he gives Chicago is sickening. How is he allowed to do any national broadcasts?

+\- is not a good indicator of defensive play. You do know Zetterberg is a negative player, right?

In an NHL players' poll this year, Lidstrom was voted 2nd as best defensive defenseman, behind only Chara.

But they're all wrong because his +/- is down?
