What a joke team, you lose to one of the lowest goal scoring teams in the league and give up 4 GOALS? Maybe they don't belong in the playoffs.

i really didnt want the hawks in the playoffs if the wings wouldnt have suck in their last 2 meetings with them before today those assholes wouldnt be in the playoffs

And this is why I want Chicago in. Vancouver will get worn out badly by these Hawks, they may possibly do what Anaheim did a couple years ago to the Sharks, if not then Vancouver will be exhausted. Travel and facing a high scoring team might just get to them.

I make it a rule not to even mention something said elsewhere (other forums), but this is too funny to pass up. There's a thread entitled "glad det. decided not to give a s***" in a place-the-name-of-which-shall-not-be-mentioned. First post: "Nice going, s*** wings..." lol blaming the Wings (when it was 3-0) for nearly costing them a spot in the playoffs.

good call! and i feel bad for guys like morrow and richards playing on a team where it doesn't matter if you lead by example when you have slugs like ribiero that just don't give a s*** or play with any grit. lehtonen had a pretty good season and has been great as of late, but dallas as a whole didn't do themselves any favors yesterday. it was nice to watch the end of the game.
Wings need some Ryan Pulock in the 1st round, a goal scorer in the 2nd round and rounds 3-7 all guys 6'4 or bigger. Please sign Dekeyser to play with Smith. <--Dekeyser signed, Paired next year. Mark your calendars.
Tootoo needs a partner in crime that plays like him on the other side of Helm. Oh hey, we have Mitchell Callahan. Problem solved.

You knew Dallas was toast when they signed Jason Williams for the stretch run. A whopping 2:40 of ice time yesterday and (of course) was a -1.

Atleast with Turco the failure didn't come *before* the playoffs.It could have been much worse; they could still have Turco.
It's amazing how much clarity comes when you care more about the Red Wings than any individual player.
