Round 1: Wings vs. Coyotes

I got Wings in 6. I dont think we'll have any real problems with this Yotes team, though there will probably be one game where the Wings are just awful.

If it goes 6, that means we are having troubles with them. ;)

No trouble, would be a sweep or maybe 5 games.

Am I the only one that is worried about this matchup? Phoenix is a really solid team and Jovanovski and Hanzal are both back and ready. They still have Bryzgalov and Yandle and Doan. Most of all, they want revenge for last year. Just by reading from what the Phoenix fans have been saying, beating Detroit would be like winning the Stanley Cup for this franchise. Especially after last year when we embarrassed them on their own home ice in game 7. Therefore, I see this series going 7 games, and I don't know if we will end up on top.

It SHOULD be Wings in 5, but we all know how this goes. We're better than them in every facet of the game, we out shoot them 63-15, their goalie plays insane, and a checker/grinder for the other team that score less than 10 goals a year, chips in just enough goals to win/steal a game or two.

That's how all the 6-8 seeds play, sit back, ride a hot goalie, and pray for the best.

Just by reading from what the Phoenix fans have been saying, beating Detroit would be like winning the Stanley Cup for this franchise.

That's what all 6 of them are saying?

Seriously, Wings fans will outnumber them in their own building by about 2 to 1.

I believe it's in our state constitution that CBC be included in any TV package. It's a regular channel here, just like 2,4,7, etc.

Don't know if you're kidding or not, but it certainly oughta be included in ANY national hockey coverage.

Directv, are you listening? (HELL, no!) :noevil:

We will see in a few days when Bryzgalov, Yandle, and Doan all give us fits. And your attempt to mock me in a satirical way really just failed.

Guest stinky fish taco

wings are going to have trouble with howard giving up soft goals at bad times. he's the worst starting goaltender of the playoff teams in the west, and it will unfortunately cost them again.

If youre talking regular antenna tv its just because the broadcast can get picked up because Michigan is so close to Canada.

I get 2,4,7 etc on my TV at home as well and I live in Canada. Always nice to catch Bernies video arcade once in a hwile

So much for selective reading. Somehow you missed the part about me NOT MAKING FUN OF YOUR POST.

I saw the three names and it just struck me as funny. And obviously, I'm going to have to live with that the rest of my life. <_<

You must not understand satire?

If you're referring to the verbal exchange between the two of us as involving "satire", then no. I certainly must not. Yeah. My bad.

I hope you have a nice day/week/month/year/whatever. :shocking:
