Just an awkward fall while being hit. I hate Doan, but that's not on him.
And honestly with Mule I can never tell how serious the injury is. He's not exactly the toughest player so it could be anywhere from a cut lip to a concussion. Let's hope it's the former.

Who cares if the hit was clean?
Doan is playing very physical again and needs to be put in his place. He's hardly some useless enforcer on their team. That's the kind of guy we need to send a message to.

I was thinking the same thing. Sometimes he just lays on the ice. That cut is nasty though.
