I'd love a repeat of the 1st period.

Man, I hope we spend some more time in the offensive zone in the final period, my heart can't take much more of this. We are doing a great job keeping them to the outside and clearing the front of the net for Howard.

Nice blocked shot by Lidstrom.

Coyotes had a lot of pressure in that period but the Wings were able to keep them to a PP goal. Hopefully the Wings will up the pressure in the 3rd.

Ummm what? His knee got caught himself, that s*** hurts.

I spoke from what i saw right away he was down didnt get the call and got up, thats why i reacted like that. Obviously if he left he was hurt.

I watched that last play again on my DVR. No penalty. Eaves just shoved the guy off the puck. Not sure why Tippett wanted a call there.

I can't remember Lidstrom ever looking as bas as he has tonight.

I agree kinda looks scared and/or hurt out there... But made couple nice plays in final minute there.

Well, they survived. In my expert coaching opinion, play Helm for the next twenty minutes.
"We've been in the same spot all year long. We won 50 games for the fourth year in a row. People think we're just hum-drum and boring.
No, you know what we are, we're good. You can't do what we do every single day and not be good." - Mike Babcock

Decent period, didnt chip pucks out as effectively or forecheck as well until the end there. Lidstrom has been noticeably bad this game, hopefully he picks it up in the 4rd. Datsyuk and Franzen havent done much, gotta believe there gonna step up. Lets do this wings

Wow, the refs letting the players play. Wings with interference at the end of the period that was not called.

Got outplayed in the 2nd there, I'm glad it is still 3-1.

Here's to a good 4rd. :drunk:

Because its Tippett, don't you remember last season's post-season? Dude almost had a seizure every frickin game if a call didnt go his way.

He's the last person who should be looking for a penalty. Both teams are interfering, both are breaking the rules. Cannot favor one team over the other. Whoeever's refing this game should go on to the next round play has flowed beautifully.
