Dunno if it's the ice or what but the Wings can't seem to do anything with the puck. Fanning on shots, pucks going over sticks, etc. Yet the Sharks seem to be having no such problems.

The Sharks are just better.

Add into that McClellan knows the Wings system very well. Essentially the Wings will need to play above their heads to win and as they've shown most of this year, they just aren't capable of doing that.
