I think these lines need to be changed... badly.

Haven't they already been changed like 4 times today?

Starting to become obvious that the effort is there but the skill just isn't. Identical to last year's series so far.

Don't you have that reversed?
Don't take it from fans on LGW, take it from his peers. NHL players have spoken and they think Tootoo is the dirtiest player in the league.

Get a clue already.

What I don't understand, the Kings had no prob with offense against this team, and look at our offense compared to the Kings... Wtf, do they just have our number or what?

Dont know what to say. Mike's gotta change the lines, and we gotta bear down. One period, 2 goals, tie the series. Come on Wings, dont wait until Game 3.

these two teams aren't even in the same league.

even if detroit manages to pull off a miracle and win this game, the sharks easily take this series.

wings simply can not play with this sharks team. period.

It's because they have size and grit, and we don't.

This soft euro thing needs to end after the season. I would gut the secondary players on this team in the offseason.

We're making Niemi look like an elite goalie right now, while LA didn't. And it's because LA is a bigger and harder working team than us. Not because of skill.
According to my profile, my reputation is excellent. LOL.

I missed the 1st period and half of the 2nd but man these "penalties" are weak. WTF?? And the Wings need to get to that puck. The Sharks are making us look like chumps!

I think I speak for everyone when I tell the linesmen to drop the goddamned puck. EVERY faceoff somebody is getting waved like a matador at a bullfight. Just drop it already.

Out played, Out hustled, Out classed. 3 things that don't usually come up when you mention the Wings. Just like Nashville last night we need to get an ugly one and go from there.

LGW after 1 loss is irrational, after a few in a row it becomes quite comical, 22 playoff appearances in a row and 4 cups in that time and still going strong. Relaxxxxx !!

If Modano was playing, we'd be winning all these physical battles right now at the boards.

A little early for that. Wings need a goal and some momentum and this will be a different game.

Does anyone else think we got out of shape during that 9 days break between series?
Sweet. This dude was brought here for one reason, to punch people in the head - every other thing that he can do, other Wings can do better. I like that we have a head-puncher. The league has other, better head-punchers, but this one is ours. Better than nothing. Good work, Kenny!

Jimmy has been our mvp so far. If we win, it's due to his play.

What happened to the Cleary - Datsyuk - Hudler line? Did that work to0 well to try it out in this game? Split Z and D up to at least get 2 scoring lines. Z can centre his own line, while not 100%, he is still one of our most effective players.

And why do the Wings SUCK in the 2nd period of game 1 and now game 2?
