Tootoo does NOT belong on this team. He is classless and I would rather see the Wings be bad than classless. I feel the same way about Bertuzzi as well, but he at least CAN make the team better. With Tootoo the team becomes worse and in danger of being classless. Would you have liked Claude on the team? Or Roy? No. So why would you be okay with that POS.

This Oleksiak kid is a bit closer, wouldn't you say?Well compared to Chara all defensemen are small.
My money on the board pledge:
$1 for each goal scored by a player after whom I have named a hamster.

Seriously, I know it wouldn't be popular but Rocco Grimaldi would be a solid pick. Small but amazing. It would be like stealing a top 4 pick in terms of talent. Sounds like a Ken Holland move. The Defense is getting thinned out, all the major Dmen left have big question marks. I like Conner Murphy there, as he is our type of guy and has good size, biggest fault is he was seriously injured. I can forgive that.

I could also see it if he was speaking to French people. Maybe he was. I don't know what he said.

I dunno, perhaps it is because it is HIS language. The language of his fanbase, his city, his providence.
