I'm guessing because of that hip injury, they wanna keep him up and see him in some game action since he was hurt fairly early in the prospects tourney. They may also want to show off some of his disgusting hands as well. Seems odd that Callahan isnt in the lineup for either of these games, they must plan on keeping him up longer into the preseason to see what he can do against more NHL type lineups? Maybe because these games are both on the road. I have a feeling he'll play in the return game against Philly at the Joe. Here's hoping On another note, I'd like to see any other NHL team with a TOUGHER defense than the one that we're lining up tomorrow. All big guys. All big hitters.
