I think the lose yesterday should get them fired up for today, I expect a much better performance. Not saying we were bad, just that we need less sloppy passing and to minimize the Leaf's chances. Wings shot themselves in the foot yesterday, even if it was only preseason and we're holding Datsyuk and some other players out. It's gonna be a great Hockey Night in Canada game.

This lineup needs more Nyquist. I'd like to see Brunnstrom-Filppula-Hudler line. I could see that line scoring some goals.

Ryan Johnson should have been cut by now.

Hopefully Abdelkader is out there looking for a pound of flesh after he didnt get to pund in Macarthurs face.

A lot of leaf fans are saying big bad Macarthur would have beat Abdelkader up lol

terrible lineup for tonight, hopefully Leafs don't dress 3/4 of there roster tonight like last night. Helm has been invisible every game I watched with him, I don't think he will ever play in the top 6.

I don't see Helm as a top 6 guy, to be honest. I see him as a kickass third line guy who adds an amazing element that will give us great depth and a pk specialist.

And a cute guy for the younger girls to giggle over.

We're definitely dressing the B squad tonight.

Go Wings!

I think we'll see alot of hard work from the prospects trying to secure themselves spots. Emmerton especially is gonna be fired up for today. However, I think we may see even sloppier play than yesterday (Even if yesterday the team seemed rather disinterested and lazy for the first period) as there's not going to be any real chemistry for the B squad. However, Brunnstorm and Emmerton on the same line will be good as people seem to like comparing them anyways. Brunnstorm has the size needed to play like Bertuzzi does, plant in front of the net and slam them in. Nyquist isn't on the line up today, are they resting him or is this a sign he made/didn't make the team?

I don't think anybody really sees Helm as a top six forward. He doesn't have the finishing ability (yet). If he forechecks hard, creates havoc with his speed and kills penalties like he has so far as a Red Wing, that's a perfectly fine role for Helm.

Nyquist isn;t in this game, so let's get good looks at Emmerton and Brunnstorm. I think chemistry might be shot since we're playing the backups. I know it's preseason, but we need to step up intensity. Yesterday was sort of lazy. I know why, I know we're resting our A team, but the B guys should put on a show or Brunnstorm (Which everyone here is in love with) is gonna end up back in the AHL. Only one more preseason game after this for players on the bubble to deserve they deserve a spot.

Let's see who really wants to make the team.

Seems like Hudler hasn't played all that many games compared to others. I think they should have put Flip in tonight on that top line.

Flip has already been dominating this preseason, he's on his game and doesn't need to play a back to back, unlike some of these guys who are fighting for their starting line-up lives.
