To be fair, he's pretty spot on about the optimism thing. Myself and others who supported Osgood, or Hudler. Ripped to shreds. Filppula supporters. Bashed until he became a vital part of the team. Anyone who liked Kronwall and thought his contract was a good deal was called a blind homer, or worse. A great number of the highly prolific posters, as well as a majority of the casual posters, are very pessimistic about the team. It's almost like it's LetsGoLions or LetsGoSpartans; a site where fans should be expecting their team to crush their hopes and dreams. Not LGW, where fans have every reason to believe in their team's chances for victory.

Thanks for letting us on to the fact that you had a prior account. It lends itself to some interesting speculation as to why you felt it was necessary to begin posting under a new identity. Would you care to shed any light on this?

Flips - Zberg - Mule
Huds - Dats - Cleary
Tuzzi - Helm - Eaves
Homer - Abby - Miller
Brunnstrom

flips and mule should be on the same line. they tend to have good chemistry. then u have the typical huds, dats, clearly line that has been working well. 3rd line can check, but score as well. i think tuzzi's presence on the 3rd line will really help eaves and helm. the 4th line has abby but he can definitely move up if he plays well. homer as a pp specialist. brunnstrom to fill in for injuries or replace someone on a bad streak (like hudler).

Let's stay on topic. This is a line-combo thread and where it should be. I have not had a prior account, but have lurked a long time and seen many of these situations. There is a lot of truth to popular opinion ruling the day around here.

So what?

I used to post as mindfly and JakeRyan, and no one seemed to have a problem with it.

There's been a lot of tension here the last couple of days with the season approaching. These GDT's are gonna be fun this year. :D

I thought we weren't supposed to hack other members' accounts? Otherwise there would be a lot of interesting posts around here...

Correct.

I like what you're throwing down. I would like to see Mursak/Tatar/Smith for a few games this season as well. I don't want anyone to get injured, but it will happen. When it does, bring up the kids.

have fun doing what you do!

crymson...this has been going on for like two years now.

you read every lines thread i start..........then you post about 10 times in each lines thread, letting us all know how much you hate lines threads, how pointless they are, how stupid they are, and how stupid all of us are for liking them..........and then you post about 10 more times in each thread, making personal attacks and picking fights with whoever will bite.

come on now, it's getting old.

if you really hate lines threads so much, why do you post in them more than anyone on the board (including me)? could it possibly be that you love being a jerk and harrasing strangers on the internet more than you hate lines threads??

What if we waived Lidstrom, Kronwall, and White and signed Chris Chelios, Chris Chelios' son, and Chris Chelios' dog. Those guys are soft anyways, make this move and 2012 Stanley Cup here we come!

(I used to lurk here in those days)
