What the hell!?!?
Eaves has been our best player tonight so they decide to take him out? Classy

Good rule of thumb is always take an octopus everywhere. Better to have one and not need it than find yourself thinking, "Damn, I wish I had that octopus".

Powerplay. Score, Red Wings.

I think it's time Hudler scored.

Has Hudler done anything since his two consecutive good games to start the season?
According to my profile, my reputation is excellent. LOL.

Babcock needs to send him a message, like he's been doing to Bertuzzi.

Did Babcock sneeze on him or something?

Seriously if I was GM I would consider firing Babcock for not taking Cleary off that line with Pavs! Like it actually really bugs me! Also enough of Hudler playing the point on the powerplay... it should be Lidstrom/ Kronners and Stuart/Ericson on the point (Ericson might suck but he has a wicked slap shot)

huh?

If I was coaching the Wings, Versus would be reporting that Backes left the game on a stretcher.

He's out due to illness.

Lang-itis?

He has stuck Pavs with Cleary for like 5 games now and it has NOT WORKED. Cleary has done NOTHING this season and should actually be sitting in the pressbox. It does not take a smart guy to realize to take Cleary off of that line with Pavs or else we are going to lose this season more often then not.

If I was coaching the Wings they would win every game and lead the league in fights.

Lang-itis?

 Pretty much. (He's actually hurt though)

Did someone say Eaves is hurt now too? Is Commodore gonna do anything? Rusty (RIP) at least tried to fight a few times last year and that wasn't his MO.

We will win. We're plying terrible and only down a goal. Soon, St. Louis will be singing the blues.

Why are you singling him out when the whole team is playing bad?

There are players who get payed twice as much and with as little to show for.

Hudler made 3 terrible decisions on that PP. I know others are not playing well but Hudler by himself cost the Wings at least 30 seconds of PP time.
Red Wings win with one second left in OT...thanks to Pavel Datsyuk
