I will have to miss this one, due to hockey in the middle of the afternoon intruding on life and responsibilities. I do hope they can find a couple of goals for Jimmy. Despite the team's struggles, he still looks good.

Please show up, Wings... it's LA. You can beat LA, right? ;)

Have a great day, all!!!

Today is the game Pavs gets going. He had a good game in San Jose (minus the miscoverage on the first goal) and I think the addition to Bert on that line will be good. Also, imo if Hank looks as bad as he did the other night, Babs needs to just sit him the rest of the game... at this point a message like that would do wonders for this team.

Also, if the top 2 lines don't mesh well, I would be interested in seeing:

Filpulla- Datsyuk- Hudler (I think this line would be really fun to watch, and all 3 players work really well with one another... I think it could have a lot of potential)

Cleary- Zetterberg- Franzen (It has worked before and usually Franzen works best with Hank)

Go Wings!

Wait... how about- Please, Go Wings. Pretty please.

Don't worry, I'm 3-0 when I do these prior to the game:

It's not hard to see why some teams have a California state of mind, but I see the Motor City flying at the start to royally crown this LAK team. Lions with shades? More like the Queen of raids.

Now we know the reason for those losses.

I won't here for the game but will be watching with my friends. Wings you have to win this one!

Let's Go Wings!!!

I went back the other day and watched all of Franzen's goals from last season and its surprising how many of them were very nice set-ups by Bertuzzi. Really hope we can see some of that today.

As others have noted, Pav and Z need to be Pav and Z.

I think I'm going to miss most of this one, but GO WINGS!!!

Maybe when Zetterberg sees Kopitar play, he'll remember how he used to look out there.

Kings are my second favorite team. Key word being second. Still, they've got a lot more offensive talent with Richards and Gagne in the lineup.

For those who want to trade for Penner, take a good look today. We already have an underperforming huge but not very physical winger, and at a much cheaper price.

EDIT: I forgot Penner is out with an injured hand. He's so easy not to notice even when he is in the lineup.

There was a stretch where Bert and Franzen actually had chemistry. I had forgotten about that until you mentioned it. Hopefully it will return very soon.
