I have to get up at 6, so I'll watch as much of this game as I can. Hopefully by the time I knock off for the night, the Wings will have a nice, comfortable, 4-goal lead.

Conks is gonna be hungry, and fired up. He's gotta know he's on thin ice, pardon the pun, after his last two debacles of starts. Considering his last performance in the Pepsi Center, I think it bodes well and the rest of the team is clicking. Conkblocker stands tall and only lets in two, one which he has no chance whatsoever on, the other not so much to allow for the requisite LGW complaining. Offensively, Franzen mule kicks with a three point night, Conner is a sparkplug and scores one, Pavel dazzles daringly with a devastating Datsyukian deke, and Kronwall and Lidstrom get into the giving spirit of the holidays and give the fans a goal and an assist each. 5-2 Wings final score.
It's pronounced "Zim" not "Exim". Aw heck with it, just call me Scott.
