They will make the playoffs and like the Blues and will go out first round.
They have a decent portion of the talent, have to choke back the vomit, that the Sharks had.
They've made a good run so far and I think it will carry them over but they wont be 1st and they wont be a top 4 seed either. They are riding momentum at the moment and with a week off fo AS I think it will slow to a crawl.
I call them in the 7th seed by the end of the season right in front of the Blues.

No credit to Yeo? Seems like it's really true that there is no actual coaching culture in the NHL and everything is just measuring player's point totals and seeing which team has the best star players.
Coaching has a pretty big part in the game of hockey as well, you know.
^This.

Thanks TeeMan!

Yup, I live in Houston and got to watch the Aeros' run at the Calder Cup. That coach knows what he's doing.

Which was funnier/worse? Eaves or Setoguchi's?

Definitely Setoguchi's was worse, as in more embarrassing. Eaves at least made it close enough to the net to attempt a shot even though his skates betrayed him and he face-planted. Setoguchi looked like he was trying to draw a phantom tripping call. I must admit I don't feel sorry for him at all.

then gooch fell flat on his ass, and suddenly I realized that that was indeed the best possible outcome.

Well I still don't think the Wild are for real but I do expect them to beat the banged up Wings tonight.
i cant remember if youre one of the trollers on here or not, but i think we should beat them no problems tonight even without Nick and Pav. they played a long game last night, their starting goalie got injured, and lets face it; heatley is still scared of kronner.
wings get it done tonight.

No I am not a troller but I have no confidence in this team as they give up way too many chances to score and it wouldn't surprise me they played a clunker again tonight. Remember the Wild are Columbus you know.

You're pretty much a troll. Every topic you post/post in threads you make are always negative. Most of your posts are idiotic. Here and there you post something semi-decent.
Anyways that was a funny game last night. Was watching the highlights on the NHL networked. Totally laughed when that happened. I would feel like the world's biggest jackass lol.

Wings need some Ryan Pulock in the 1st round, a goal scorer in the 2nd round and rounds 3-7 all guys 6'4 or bigger. Please sign Dekeyser to play with Smith. <--Dekeyser signed, Paired next year. Mark your calendars.
Tootoo needs a partner in crime that plays like him on the other side of Helm. Oh hey, we have Mitchell Callahan. Problem solved.
Cleary....
