This game is getting interesting now :)

Nice to see the USA showing what they really can do. Shame it came out in the final period of the tourney. Also a positive that Canada finally faced some adversity though, they're going to be in for a surprise if they make it to Russia/Sweden.

I'm thinking more...

Franzen - Datsyuk - Jurco

Pulkkinen - Zetterberg - Nyquist

Filppula - Jarnkrok - Tatar

Sheahan - Helm - Mursak

Fixed.

Why? It gives Z a very good natural goal scorer on his wing, and it gives Tatar 2 above average play makers.

Wings Prospects Statistical Update.

Slovakia:

Tvrdon 5GP 3G 1A 4P

Jurco 5GP 1G 7A 8P

Sweden:

Backman 4GP 0G 3A 3P

Finland:

Pulkkinen 5GP 6G 4A 10P

Czech Republic

Mrazek 5GP 2.59GAA .927SV%

Wow... Every single Wings prospect has had at least a solid performance.

out of that i think the 1st star has to be Mrazek absolute awesome tourney on a very average Czech team. Also Jurco's stats

are impressive on a weak Slovak side, he also reg a +4 rating as well which was top for the Slovak's with only 2 other guys

with plus ratings. One game left can Tomas get into double figures with Teemu?

No matter how this ends I am so proud of how the Finnish team rebounded from the horrible Canada game. It's rare indeed to see a mentally strong Finnish national team, we always have catastophic meltdowns.
