At first I thought she might just not be an English speaker, but she doesn't really have an accent. She's either completely clueless about hockey or was having some type of medical problem.Wtf was she alright?

That was my first thought too. I can't see what else it could be. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about though, as if there was no confusion in her voice.

She sounds like most of the customers I deal with. If you don't understand what they mean, they just keep repeating the same two or three words like you'll suddenly understand.
