Received a gift card to shop.nhl.com for x-mas and I'm thinking about making a custom long sleeve shirt from their website. Thing is, I can't decide on who (only non roster players) or what text I should but on the back.

My money on the board pledge:
$1 for each goal scored by a player after whom I have named a hamster.
An additional $5 for each hat trick scored by a player after whom I have named a hamster.
An additional $10 if any of the above goals is the GWG goal that gives us the series win.
An additional $50 if it is the GWG that wins us the Cup.

It's not a silly idea. I like it. I have a white Wings jersey I had made in 2002 with STANLEY for the player name and 10 for the number. It's my 'forever' 2002 jersey, since they got their 10th Cup that year. I would be more than happy to get it changed to 12 this season.

This is better than my Lord Stanley idea.Get a number 13 jersey and put "God" on the back.

We had one made for my son, and put his name on the back with his birth year. '97, which turned out to be one heck of a great year for the wings.
