So far, I am unimpressed with NBC's efforts... the feed keep going offline -- on my digital cable. What the hell?

I have a black screen right now... only NBC is off air. Lovely.

this does NOT bode well for the NBC takeover of Versus, in my opinion.

My antenna is treating me well.

my local cable company HATES hockey, hate it. we cannot even get NHL Network here. If they learn that Versus is now going to be a more legitimate sports network, with hockey (and few wacky groin-related blooper shows), they will probably take it off the cable tier.

I missed the explanation, why are they singing the Canadian national anthem at a game between two US teams? Obviously no excuse for booing or any of that s*** but does feel a bit unnecessary.
