Did they get together and decide not to show up tonight?

This is sad.....i mean they are the 2nd worst team in the league and we are 2nd in our conference!

How can we expect any team to take us seriously in the playoffs if we can't beat the Islanders on the road?!!?!

Go back to March 27th, 2009 and I swear the same exact thing was said except it was "...if we can't beat the Islanders at home!?!?" and I think they were the worst team at the time. They beat us 2-0, and well, we ended up only a rescinded penalty, a non-call too many men on the ice and a goal post away in game 7 from a back-back Championship that year. Let the Isles have their fun tonight, they'll be golfing in February!

They're either completely missing the net, fanning on the shot, or having the puck bounce over/under their stick.

I was fully expecting a penalty shot there :rolleyes:

Frankly sick and tired of games like this. They seem to lose the games they should easily win. They really need to make a move for a second line sniper. Preferably one who can play the PP, our special teams aren't impressing me the past couple of years.

I didn't get to see the first two and a half periods though, was it all Conklin's fault or is the team lacking heart?
