Naw but I was just thinking earlier today that the Wings PK could probably use some size. Guys with more of an imposing presence and long reach. Kind of like when Pittburgh had Gill and Scuderi with Staal and Malone.

Anyone could've had their stick on the ice. Franzen did nothing but redirect a unbelievable pass by Datsyuk. I gave him as much credit as I am going to when he scored by being in the right place at the right time. Datsyuk was more clutch by making that impossible pass, but good on him...if he were as clutch as you want him to be, he would've got one of the stars, in which he didn't. Plus he is still not an all star...I give him credit for stumbling into position and having his stick on the ice...

EDIT: It's true...Even Hudler could've stuck his stick on the ice...I am rescinding my credit to Franzen because of all the slappies here...

White and Stuart played a solid ass game tonight I noticed, other than that a lot of the team was getting beat and losing battles in both zones too much for my liking.

Great Forsberg by Z for the win, but is Z injured? He seems to be struggling to keep up with the play, his strength looks great its just his speed Ive noticed.

He's clutch in the playoffs and that's when it matters.

Well I'm actually saying I feel like only a few others could have made the read that Franzen did. I'm just basing that on who seems to have great chemistry with Pav. Franzen is one of those guys. We've seen that since the pre-season before the 07-08 season (I think?). It can't be just anyone.
