Good on ya! Here is a question for you stat hounds. At what point of their career's did Roy and Broduer get their 100th? Are we talking sooner or later?

EDIT: Nevermind...It tool Roy 4 whole seasons to get 101 and Brodeur 4 whole season to get 108. Good job Jimmy, only 2.5 season to get 100!

Congrats, Tiberius! I'm so happy he's doing well - not only because it helps the Wings win, but also because he seems like a really nice guy who deserves to have things go his way. What a win #100 was - against the team he'd already left an impression on in the playoffs for the past couple years, and in a shootout, no less. Nice going, Jimmy, and here's to many, many more!

Freudian slip, perhaps? ;)

Howard has gotten there so quick because he's had so many opportunities to play in 90% of the games the past couple seasons.

Congratulations Jimmy! I'm glad he's become the goalie we need him to be, it's nice to have that security in the net.

Way to go Jimmy!

This is a guy 2 years ago that I did not think could cut it at the NHL level. Where Jimmy was last year at this time compared to now no less is amazing. His playoff performance has carried over to this year and has been the reason the Wings have won many of those 27 games this season.

Hopefully Jimmy can get 301 more to pass Mr. Osgood and then some more!! Congrats Jimmy not only on win #100, but the All Star selection as well. If there is anyone that deserves that honor, its Mr. Jimmy Howard.

Well, at this pace it should only take 5 or 6 years to break Ozzie's record!

I'm so glad no one listened when I said I didn't think Howard could do it and we should trade him.

Congrats, Jimmy! It barely took you any time at all to totally win me over, and now I love the daylights out of you!

At first I wasn't sure about him but Jimmy's won me over and still continues to get better with each passing year. Not since Hasek have I been this happy with our starting Goalie. Keep up the good work Jimmy and here's to hoping for a good backup to give you some much needed rest from time to time! Congrats!

I remember his first was start against Dallas, he lost 2-1 or 3-2 I think and made like 40 saves.

Didn't it take two or three starts to get the first W, for some reason I am thinking like 5 starts, but not sure.

Before he became a starter in 2009-10 he played a handful of NHL games between 2005-09. He won only one game and lost five but still his GAA and SV% were quite good.

His first several NHL games were during the horrible rash of injuries during February of 2008.
