Good rule of thumb is always take an octopus everywhere. Better to have one and not need it than find yourself thinking, "Damn, I wish I had that octopus".

That's the second Detroit player "falling" into the boards head first. These guys skate every day, they aren't falling head first into the boards without a shove from behind. Hope we return the favor...as long as it's not bertuzzi doing the damage.

Great thing that Hudler scored early to even it in the 2nd. I'm late to this one, and CI only has the Dallas feed. How did the first pd goals look, and how has Conkblocker been?

First goal probably should have stopped...second goal had a decent deflection in front of the net.
