Looks like Oswalt signed with Texas, probably going to make a few minor league starts before joining the Rangers' rotation. Texas is already tearing it up this season and they just got a bit stronger.

The Oswalt deal reminds me of a similar deal happening in New York a few seasons ago. That guy is in Washington right now.
