No. It's a coincidence. We've seen them play like this with Lidstrom in the lineup. They've just already checked out for the weekend, and are playing down to a terrible team. It's a pattern with them, Lidstrom or not.

Did the Canadiens perhaps hang a big banner outside the entrance to the arena that said welcome to Long Island and Nassau County Coliseum?

Howie hasn't been dominant, but the defense hasn't been helping him.

It's just horrible 2 were on Jimmy 2 were on the D. On that 4th goal he looked like he was not even ready for the shot.

They are 1st place in the NHL going into the AS Break no matter what
Montreal is in another conference
Montreal has been a joke all season
Wings don't care about this game which sucks but if they have to take a night of i guess this is not the worst one to do it

He was looking in the complete opposite direction on the last 2 shots. I think its safe to say this isn't his finest game.

I'm hoping Ken is looking for a Defensemen and a scoring forward for trade deadline (or before), wishful thinking I suppose.
