Just caught the last part of the interview, it'll be up on the podcast on iTunes later. He's always a good interview and Jeff Marek had a funny Datsyuk Babcock story he heard from Brad May.

No, they're free on iTunes. It's under marek vs wyshynski. Very entertaining podcast, Marek has an encyclopaedic knowledge of hockey and is full of crazy obscure hockey stories as well.

That Babcock Datsyuk story for people who don;t wanna download it was before team canada announced they're olympic roster. Dats was on the bus listening to tunes and Babs came over and asked to talk to him for a minute. He asked who was harder to play against Bouwmeester or Seabrook. Dats then said "f*** off Mike" and put his headphones back on. Marek heard that one from Brad May.

Me either, his personality and respect for his coach and team... i just don't see pasha actually saying "f*** off mike." I think someone changed the wording just a bit to juice up a story.

I can see him saying it. There's been a few times where you can lip read him dropping an f bomb or two on the ice. And if 24/7 has taught me anything is that all nhl players swear a ton.
