Hey,
I'm in the process of creating a NHL 12 league for PS3. The exact format is still up in the air but we're thinking 16-20 members with a set season schedule followed by the playoffs. All games will be played online against other users and there will probably be 3-5 games per week. If you're interested in joining, please complete the following:
1. The league will be hosted on tradition sports online (http://forums.tradit...ortsonline.com/). This site is awesome for sports video games and they host many different leagues/dynasties (PS3 and XBOX) for NCAA, Madden, FIFA, NBA2K, MLB the Show, etc.
2. You'll need to register on the site (http://forums.tradit...tart-here.1162/). Say that you're interested in the NHL 12 PS3 league. They take everyone.
3. Post in this thread: http://forums.tradit...s3-league.61374 so that we have an accurate count of how many people there are going to be.
4. More info will be posted over there.

Is this league some what like GM mode but with all real teams online? Where you can make trades, set your rosters etc? Top teams make playoffs, bottom ones dont? Just would like some more info on the setup. Thanks

I'm not quite sure if we will be doing an actual GM mode yet or not. I think it will just be online games vs other members of the league. We'll keep track of the stats/standings/etc and then conduct a playoff based off of the results. As for rosters, probably just whatever they are after the updates.

between being in college and work i dont get to play nhl as much as id like to but im sure id fit in like 5 games a week or so :]
