Preds gave up a lot this deadline. 2nd round pick in 2012, 2nd round pick in 2013 and whatever they traded for Gaustad.

They did get better, but they gave up a lot in the process. They are going for it this year for sure.

They definitely improved, but I still think the Wings are better when healthy. This is sure to make the STL NASH first round series a lot of fun if that's how the standings end up.

Do I wish he had added some depth at forward. Yes I do.

But to say he stood pat and messed up the deadline...no. He got Quincey in to help for this season as well as long term. I think he did pretty well.

I'd have to imagine Nash is feeling pretty s***ty right now.

Some forward depth would have been nice. Frustrating seeing all the teams around us make improvements, but not us.

Commodore was shipped out because we have no need for him here. He's not gonna play. He slipped too far down the depth chart. Picking up Quincey is a big deal overall. There`s no point giving up the farm when there`s some good pending FA out there and Wings have some money to spend.

Let all the complaining start from all the fair weather fans. LOL, everyones already predicting a second round exist. Nice. Way to have some faith.
