This one ranks right up there with the Diepietro contract and Jeff Finger's abortion of a contract a few years ago with the Leafs.
Not even close, those two you just mentioned are absolutely horrendeous. Yes this is definitely an overpayment for Hemsky but it is only 2 years and if Hemsky can somehow stay healthy and get between 50-60 points then he will only be overpaid by about 1.5 MM or so
