I wish the hatred/good old rivalry was still intact. I remember how pumped I used to get every time I knew a game was coming up vs the Av's. Miss the good ol' days. Anyways should still be a good game, go wings!!!! Need the 2 points tonight!

There was a time when I thought I'd never stop hating the Avs, but now a game against them barely registers on the calendar. So sad.

For those that are looking to kill some time, there's a Griffins game on right now. So you can watch that, which would end right before the start of the Wings game. Griffins played well last night, winning 6-1.

I'd like to see Hudler swapped with Miller in the starting lines. Drew has really been playing with good energy the last couple of games. Also, does anyone know what defensive pair that Quincey was previously on with the Avs? Just curious. Let's Go Red Wings!

I will be there! My first Red Wings game and I'm SUPER excited! :yowza:

Personally and selfishly speaking, I hope you have a blast!!

I swear if Franzen doesn't get his lazy ass in gear, I'm gonna hunt him down like a dawg and take him DOWN!

....Ok, if somebody holds him so I can do it. :lookaround:

He is so overdue to get it back in gear.

We'll win for sure.

Hey Z, hey Mule, hey Huds and Cleary and even you, Lids, there's this guy Pavel who is out and I'm expecting YOU to pick up his slack. Get'r done boys!

Should be a good game for a rebound after the 2 losses. The Avs can be a dangerous team when they feel like it so it should be a game worth watching. It'd be awesome seeing Quincey play an awesome game against his former team as well! Here's to a good one and for the top guns to step it up to make up for Datsyuk not being there for now.

Red Wings 4 (Zetterberg, Hudler, Miller, Quincey)
Avalanche 2

LET'S GO RED WINGS!!!
