Guest Hatethedrake!

Kenny must be freeing up the roster spot so he can bring in Nash for the 7th round pick. Seriously though, I have a feeling that Pahlsson is coming here.

@renhockey: #redwings are getting the 7th round (2013) pick from TB if Tampa in in the playoffs un 2012 and if Commodore play 15 regular season games.

That sure is a lot of conditions for a 7th round pick. Especially considering the Lighting are 6 pts out of the last playoff spot. So we pretty much were just clearing the contract and a roster spot. I really hope this means we're bringing in another forward. Maybe Nash will be playing in Columbus tomorrow wearing RED.

So let me understand this, Commie has to play at least 15 regular season games and the Bolts have to make the playoffs this season for the Wings to get a pick in the 13 Draft???? So if only Commies plays his amount of games but the Bolts don't make the playoffs we get nothing???? If that's the case than WTF. I understand wanting to clear some space but shouldn't we at least get some type of garuntee for Commodore??

That's some horrible spelling. In their attempts to be the first one to report it, there's no time to read their tweets over before posting.

Great for Commie but trading away some defensive depth for nothing in return seems a bit odd. Kindl and Ericsson have both been shakey. If Smith isn't ready then all of a sudden we are thin going into playoffs and all for a 7th rounder? AND coming on a day when both Lids and Quincey are listed as day to day?
