Damn, I think that's probably a goal if Abdelkader had his stick on the ice.

I just got home and found out the game is on NBCSN (formally VS) and I can't help but wonder if the "can't win s*** on VS curse" stayed despite the name change.

And that was an unlucky as hell!

Disappointing they don't show up until the third.

On a brighter note, the Wings have been good on special teams.

Come on York, you gotta pull an 08 Fleury there and tiddly-wink the puck into the net with your ass.

It'd be refreshing to see the players get pissed for once. Someone break a stick, you sucked tonight.

Don't worry guys/girls, our team is due for another manic phase soon. Chin up!

Why the hell are they gooning it up on Z at the end? Is CBJ so used to losing they don't realize you don't goon it up if you're winning?

This disaster would've never-ever happened under Scotty Bowman. Babcock is a lousy motivator and always has been. Not to mention that Holland has (obviously) done nothing to improve this team. Kyle Quincey??? Ian White??? Nice acquisitions, Kenny. Are you kidding us? Let's see how many non-renewels they'll be or won't be at the box office in the next few months. Both Holland and Babcock should realize that. Money talks. An early exit in the playoffs could very easily mean they're exit as well. That would be the only upside to an early elimination. Tonight's loss is very indicitive of how dysfunctional both the team and management actually are. Injuries or no injuries. Itllitch will inevitably have to "clean house" and basically start from scratch.

Pierre said that Babcock wasn't talking to the team during the 3rd period, only to the assistant coaches. Interesting strategy.
