So Chicago decides after Ray Emery finishes the year with a 0.900 save percentage that he deserves a contract extension. Are you kidding me? hahahaha
And Corey Crawford (.902 save %) was given a 2 year extension a couple of weeks ago.
I am not making this up. How stupid are they in Chicago?

Thought I saw a lot more goalies on the free agency list, but there's really not much to pick from. Brodeur and Huet the two big names but neither going to Chicago. Better sticking with those two instead of overpaying for guys who are backups for their respective teams at the moment. Also saves trading. After all, the did what they had to and made the playoffs. Just really depends on how much more they're paying them

From what I've seen, he's been pretty decent for them. Certainly better than Turco was.
