Anyone else rooting for the Kings to win just to see what happens to Luongo during the summer?

I'd root for the Canucks to lose regardless of Luongo and his well-being.

I'm rooting for the Kings because they're my 2nd favorite team after Detroit.

And I've developed a strong dislike for the Nucks.

I don't know what the Canucks should do with Luongo. He's made huge saves this game, but also let in a terrible goal to start things off. I don't really know who would take him given the length of his contract. He's a good goaltender but not worthy of that contract.

YES. YES. If the Wings can't win the cup this year, the best case scenario is for Vancouver and Pittsburgh to go down with us. Let a random eastern team win the cup and retool in the offseason.

i dont know if this was posted in earlier pages, but this is a puck daddy article today. looks like the nucks are up to their old tricks again.

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nhl-puck-daddy/watch-ryan-kelser-somersault-dive-canucks-loss-kings-144627989.html?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

this part is my favorite:

"Although we also appreciate Drew Doughty's assessment of the play at the 26-second mark. Unless he's just pretending to roll some dice …"

I can't remember if it was on that play or not but Kesler did eventually get a penalty for diving. Which is impressive considering how they rarely call it.

Henrik had a really awful dive too.

And their fans wonder why people hate that team.

The standard defense is "All teams have players who dive" but the reality is only one team has so many players that dive like that.
