In all honesty Id take Lilja over Quincy and even White, if we are just talking D play.

Lilja was a shot-blocking machine. We could use that now, those shot blocks lead to odd-man rushes.

NOW they call diving?
Can't wait to read the "Phoenix: I still think it's a hockey market" chapter of Gary Bettman's autobiography. I'm guessing it's going to be chapter 11.

Someone who didn't watch the game and then looks at the stats and sees the PIMs is probably going to be disappointed thinking they missed a huge brawl.

Do refs change for every playoff game or are we stuck with these fools all series?

I support calling diving, but call it on an actual dive.

that was a dive, I would even say they shoudl have just called hudler, and franzen got away with a major dive a few shifts before that should have been called.

Lilja was a shot-blocking machine. We could use that now, those shot blocks lead to odd-man rushes.

lilja was looking awful from what I saw of him in the other game

This sport has officially become soccer. In two more years we will become French Soccer.

that's two on the line that stayed out. Pack it in boys, this one isn't yours.
"I can't believe I shook this guys frickin' hand. We lost and I'm pissed off. But to see Kris Draper's face makes me sick. I didn't see his face until after the game, but his face is turned sideways. If the league doesn't do something about that ... I mean that's ridiculous. He could have broken his fricken neck."
