Remember back in 2007? Pronger creamed Homer and got suspended.

I agree, he had a similar incident when he went apes*** at the end of the game a few years ago.Bertuzzi should have reverted to old ways, #breakamuthaf***asneck
Reasons for suspension.
1. repeat offender
2. direct intent to injure
3. so intimidating that no one on the redwings even thought about going after him
It's sad when Shanahan is still our only enforcer.

he got a penalty, it was definitely goon like behavior. And yes it matters, diving is an atrocity to the sport.
Yeah, diving is TOTALLY the problem here. Darn that Zetterberg, smashing his own head against the glass! It's an abomination!

He dropped his stick to make certain he was able to grab his head! He needs to be suspended! Z sold nothing, Weber sold it himself! Weber was already fined once for boarding this year for $2500. He must not have learned his lesson!

Well, Moen KO'd him in a fight. Fistric is a big hitter, but I'm not sure we ever pursued him. Plus, he can't fight.
I really hope Ericsson challenges Weber next game.

I swear to God that if I were coaching this team, I'd make Paul Newman's character in "Slapshot" blush at some of the s*** I'd be telling my players to do to Weber.

I think there will be a one game suspension and it will come from grabbing Zetterberg's head and ramming it glassward. There is precedent, Pronger got a game for this in 2007 vs the Wings with the Ducks.

Good way to start the playoffs, lose and have your best player get his head slammed into the boards by the other teams best player.f****** gutless move by Weber, and Gaustad hacking and whacking at Datsyuk but then smiling behind a linesman when Bertuzzi and Cleary came over was equally as gutless.
