Finish our checks, keep the net cleared, stay out of the box and putting the puck on net in any situation is never a bad idea. Lets get it back for Helmsy boys.

Ahhhh good vibes all around!!

Must win this one tonight. Nothing like going back to the Joe with momentum on our side. I would LOVE the Wings to blowout the Preds tonight and one of our boys to lay Weber the hell out.

Let's score early and often, fellas.

GO WINGS!!!!!!

Here's the Wings' motivation for winning the next 4 games. Toss this classless team out of the playoffs.

Let's play some inspired hockey tonight boys!! Come out flying, shove Rinne into his net, and show Nashville that they still don't measure up. THROW YOUR WINGS UP!

Wings need to win. Not because they're doing it for Helmer. Not because they're getting revenge on Webber. But to get a toe-hold in the series and go back to Detroit 1-1, avoiding what scientists have come to call "the San Jose situation".
"If I can be totally honest, it's not a lot of guys you get impressed by. Actually, it's no one else but him. From the bench, to see what move he makes -- you're like, 'I wish I could do that.' Sometimes you sit on the bench and just think, 'wow,' and you look over to the other bench and they sit there and shake their heads, too. He has great, great skills. I'm probably not going to play with another player who has the kind of skills he has." Mikael Samuelsson on Pavel Datsyuk

Yeah, Diamond Rio really makes it pathetic. Isn't Jack White available?

Stay out of the box (I'm guessing Weber may have to deal with a couple phantom or borderline calls tonight since everyone wants his scalp), keep working hard. Get a goal from the 3rd or 4th line tonight and things will be just fine.

I think more than anything the Wings need to get back to doing what they used to do when they've had successful runs, SCORE FIRST.

And forsake tradition?! No! They must come out flying, totally dominate the play, out-shoot the opposition 9-0 before the first period's even ten minutes old - then give up a soft goal on the first shot against and take a stupid penalty 30 seconds later.

It's the only way.

Don't Toews me, bro!

Going down 3 games to nill and coming back to gut them in game 7 on their ice would be my dream scenario, but I can settle for a 5-2 win tonight!

Crush them tonight, fans give them hell in Detroit where we take both games and their fans watch helplessly as we score four in the first and win 6-1 in Game 5
