the Predators set a franchise record for sellouts in a season with 25,so yes the preds do have fans, previous record of 20 was set in 1999-2000

I think its stupid how wings fans boo Hossa to though.

That irritates me to no end. He worked his ass off while with the Wings. He played through the playoffs with a tear in his right rotator cuff.

He'd still be a Wing if not for the salary cap.

From now on, Patrick Roy will be rolled out to and from the Avs' bench like Hannibal Lecter. - BottleOfSmoke

I can't tell you how hard I laughed at that. That is avatar-worthy material if anyone has the video.

I'd like a Preds fan to explain the crowd rather than just say well, so what. Maybe they're just misunderstood.

Agreed. He came, he played his best, and went where he could get a long-term deal. I bear no ill will, and thought he was great in the playoffs, other than a lack of scoring. He created lots of plays.
Can't wait to read the "Phoenix: I still think it's a hockey market" chapter of Gary Bettman's autobiography. I'm guessing it's going to be chapter 11.

My best friend and her husband live outside Nashville and are Preds fans; they aren't stupid, they aren't hicks, they don't live in trailers, and they thought Weber should have been suspended.

Not all Red Wings fans are winners, you know. Some of you tend to forget that.

Do fans lineup at the Zanboni door for the catfish cleaned off the ice?
Do the Predators have a cookbook with recipes to help the fans with their "catch"?
There used to be an "urban legend" that after the first home game fans stayed in their seats, expecting a fourth period.

By being Red Wings fans they are already winners to me, so you lost me on that one...

Let me help you. Some Red Wings fans are complete assholes, just like all hockey teams have some fans that are complete assholes. We're not exempt. The Preds fans who booed Hank are some of those said assholes, but that doesn't mean every single Preds fan is a knuckle-dragging hillbilly.

The sun doesn't shine out of the crack of our asses. Some of you are starting to sound like everything you hate about Yankees/Lakers/Patriots fans.

You're taking it wayyy too seriously. Obviously no one thinks all Wings' fans are swell folks. Just poking some fun at the Preds.

I'm sure your friends are good, smart people. Lighten up :)

preds fans threw stuff on the ice after game 1,so it is not new

That's actually worse than just when they lose. They don't deserve a hockey team if that's how they treat the arena.
