I think it's wrong that only one company makes the game Monopoly

I've found myself in the position of consoling a Penguins fan twice today. I feel strange now.

Consoling??? They need to know that the Pens got what they deserved and it should be a lot more.

I went to a restaurant that serves "breakfast at any time". So I ordered French Toast during the Renaissance.

When the chips are down, the buffalo is empty.

"He even ate with women who at that time were accorded the same status as the family donkey. Are we willing to break bread with, say, child sex slaves, transgender teens and undocumented workers? Because when Jesus comes back to Earth, that's where he'll be hanging."
You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him.

If you shoot at mimes, should you use a silencer?

Atheism is a non-prophet philosophy.

If you shoot at mimes, should you use a silencer?

There are SO many good ones on here, and this one ranks right up there.

Those who live by the sword get shot by those who don't.

Oh, he knows. But I refrained from gloating, because he's a genuine friend, and I was nice & suggested that maybe they'll get it together for game 4. (but I don't really think they will!)

Wasn't that a great scene? I heard/read somewhere that there was supposed to be a sword fight, but Harrison Ford was hot and tired when they started shooting that scene. So for the hell of it, he just pulled out his gun and "shot" him. Spielberg liked it so much he kept it in. I want that to be a true story. :)

When I was crossing the border into Canada, they asked if I had any firearms with me. I said, "Well, what do you need?"

More definitions:

LYMPH (v.) - to walk with a lisp

NEGLIGENT (adj.) - describes a condition in which you absentmindedly answer the door in your nightgown.

Here's another (straight) long one. One of my favorite "fables".

One day a man was given the opportunity to see what Hell was like.

From a distance, he looked into Hell itself and saw a beautifully and bountifully decorated table filled to overflowing with all kinds of good things to eat. Yet the people that sat around the table were emaciated and looked really terrible. They were all very skinny and pale. Their faces were drawn and they were starving.

The astonished man looked around for a reason for this. Then he saw it. The only utensils that the people had to use were all three feet long. The people were starving because they couldn't get any of the nourishing food into their mouths. The man thought to himself, "isn't this just like the devil to put all this wonderful food in front of you and then give you 3 foot utensils so you can't eat any of i"t?

Then the man was taken up to see what Heaven was like. When he got there, he saw that there too was a lavishly decorated table also filled to overflowing with good things to eat. The people that sat around this table however, all looked very happy and healthy. Not at all like the people in Hell which of course was to be expected.

Upon closer inspection he saw something that really amazed him. This table was also set with 3 foot utensils. He wondered to himself, "Why are all the people in Hell so miserable and starving and these people in Heaven are so happy and full? The people in Hell have everything the same as the people in Heaven. His question was soon answered.

After the people at the table had offered up a prayer of thanksgiving, they all picked up their 3 foot utensils and began feeding each other across the table.

I was at this casino minding my own business, and this guy came up to me and said, "You're gonna have to move, you're blocking a fire exit." As though if there was a fire, I wasn't gonna run. If you're flammable and have legs, you are never blocking a fire exit.

It was reported that a small two seater airplane crashed in cemetery near the OSU campus, located in Columbus, Ohio early this morning. So far the OSU fire department has recovered 300 bodies and they're still digging. We will keep you informed as this tragedy unfolds...

EDIT: Sheeit. I shoulda made this happen in Nashville. Oh well. Pick your own poison!

Did you hear about the dyslexic agnostic insomniac? He stayed up all night wondering if there is a dog.
