Got a ton of puck luck that period. Preds made a TON of mistakes with their D and Rinne turning the puck over - they won't keep doing that all game. That was probably the worst period I've seen Nashville play this series

Weber with 10:20 logged in the 1st. That's insane! No way he is able to keep up that kind of production through the 2nd and 3rd.

Good rule of thumb is always take an octopus everywhere. Better to have one and not need it than find yourself thinking, "Damn, I wish I had that octopus".

Nashville clogs the center of the defensive zone. Driving the net through several players is a great way to lose the puck.

Actually we had several open lanes to drive the net there. Normally I would agree though. Perhaps Nashville knows that's not our type of play.

I have one before and after a Red Wings game. During, I am to busy trying to keep my heart rate from going through the roof!

No, I just think we rely to much on perfect plays and shooting pucks wide to use the boards. Especially on the powerplay.

Three or four years ago, we'd be all over this overrated team. Our storm isn't what it used to be offensively.

Oh please. First round exit against Edmonton? 06-07 against Anaheim? And we couldn't score to save our lives in the last few games of the 08-09 SCF.

Hot goalies happen. Bad puck luck happens. We will see if the Wings can overcome or if this will go down as another chapter in "Playoff series the Wings deserved to win but couldn't."
